Recertification of beneficiaries is performed every three years,<br />

which includes a reapplication of the targeting methods and<br />

community validation. 3<br />

Cash<br />

PSSN unconditional fixed cash transfer (basic transfer):<br />

USD6 per household per month.<br />

To this value, additional conditional and unconditional transfers<br />

(based on the number of children and compliance with health and<br />

education conditionalities) may be added up to a maximum amount<br />

of USD23 per month per household.<br />

Public works: USD1.35 per day.<br />

The amount of transfers is reviewed regularly according<br />

to inflation and other relevant considerations.<br />

Livelihood enhancement: livelihood enhancing grants<br />

(unspecified amounts) are disbursed in response to proposals<br />

by existing Community Savings Groups. 3<br />

Payment/delivery frequency Bi-monthly (cash transfers); fortnightly (public works) 3<br />

Within the PSSN component, cash transfers are managed at the village<br />

level by Community Cash Transfer Management Committees; and the<br />
