Basic invalidity pension: beneficiaries are aged 15–60 and hold<br />
a certificate from a Medical Board of a disability rating of at least<br />
60 per cent for a period of one year. Residence requirements apply<br />
to non-citizens with disabilities.<br />
Carer’s allowance for beneficiaries of the basic invalidity pension:<br />
beneficiaries of the basic invalidity pension who require constant care<br />
from another person. 3<br />
