earn MAD3,767–MAD5,650 in urban areas or with a heritage<br />

score (score patrimonial) greater than 28 and less than or<br />

equal to 70 for rural areas). 1,2<br />

Eligibility criteria<br />

Individuals must certify that they receive no other<br />

health insurance and comply with the following criteria:<br />

For residents of urban areas<br />

• Annual income lower than MAD3,767 per person, assessed<br />

after weighing the reported income, including transfers,<br />

by household socio-economic variables.<br />

• Socioeconomic conditions score lower than or equal to 11,<br />

based on variables related to the living conditions of the household<br />

For residents of rural areas.<br />

• A ‘heritage score’ (score patrimonial) lower than or equal to 28<br />

• Socioeconomic conditions score lower than or equal to 6. 2<br />

health centres and within State health services, both in<br />
