Districts (RADs), who receive a second meal, and for boarders at<br />
secondary schools, who are provided three meals a day. Since 2003<br />
the menu has included the local staple cereal (sorghum), beef and some<br />
imported food items. From 2008 onwards, seasonal agricultural produce<br />
from local farms has been provided. Secondary school menus also<br />
include vegetables and funa (orange) drink. 1,3<br />
