This appendix cross-references the pages of this report to the quarterly<br />

reporting and related requirements under <strong>SIGAR</strong>’s enabling legislation,<br />

the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008, Pub. L. No.<br />

110-181, § 1229 (Table A.1), and to the semiannual reporting requirements<br />
