<strong>SIGAR</strong> Hotline<br />

The Investigations directorate continued its work this quarter on complaints<br />

received prior to December 31, 2016. This quarter, the directorate<br />

processed 215 complaints, most of which are under review or were closed,<br />

as shown in Figure D.3. The <strong>SIGAR</strong> Hotline received 110 complaints this<br />

quarter. As shown in Figure D.4, most were received electronically.<br />

<strong>SIGAR</strong> SUSPENSIONS AND DEBARMENTS<br />

Table D.1 is a comprehensive list of finalized suspensions, debarments, and<br />

special entity designations relating to <strong>SIGAR</strong>’s work in Afghanistan as of<br />

December 31, 2016. <strong>SIGAR</strong> lists its suspensions, debarments and special<br />

entity designations for historical purposes only. For the current status of<br />

any individual or entity listed herein as previously suspended, debarred or<br />

listed as a special entity designation, please consult the System for Award<br />

Management, www.sam.gov.<br />

Entries appearing in both the suspension and debarment sections are<br />

based upon their placement in suspended status following criminal indictment<br />

or determination of non-responsibility by agency suspension and<br />

debarment official. Final debarment was imposed following criminal conviction<br />

in U.S. Federal District Court and/or final determination by agency<br />

suspension and debarment official regarding term of debarment.<br />
