liquid modernity is a concept<br />
that characterizes the current<br />
period of modern society. It<br />
describes how the current<br />
conditions of society are in<br />
a constant state of change,<br />
revoking the possibility of<br />
a stable lifestyle with habits<br />
and routines (Bauman 2005).<br />
One of the major changes in<br />
liquid modern society is the<br />
characterization of time and<br />
space. Both of these aspects<br />
change in ways that create<br />
opportunity for hoarding behaviours<br />
to occur. This is due<br />
partially to the quick shift between<br />
modernity periods that<br />
