There are no substantive financial implications resulting from this report.Conclusion<br />

Environmental health policy DE-1 “Occupancy <strong>of</strong> Movable Dwellings in Residential, Urban<br />

Development, Town Centre, Commercial and Mixed Business Zones” has been amended<br />

and is recommended for adoption as this policy is not require to be advertised.<br />

Council‟s planning policies have been reviewed and are presented to Council for adoption<br />

for the purpose <strong>of</strong> public exhibition prior to a further report and recommendation to finally<br />

adopt the policies after considering any submissions on the draft policies following the<br />

advertising <strong>of</strong> the draft policies for public comment.<br />

Voting Requirements<br />

Simple.<br />

RECOMMENDATION<br />

That Council resolve to:<br />

1. Adopt the reviewed amended environmental health policy DE-1 “Occupancy <strong>of</strong><br />

Movable Dwellings” as tabled;<br />

2. Adopt the reviewed and amended policies for Planning Services as draft<br />

policies for advertising in accordance with Part V Section 5.1 <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Shire</strong> <strong>of</strong><br />

<strong>Roebourne</strong> No. 8 Town Planning Scheme.<br />
