Subject to the outcome <strong>of</strong> that report, Council may wish to consider additional projects that<br />
are achievable and meet the CLGF criteria. One such project that is already included in<br />
Councils Budget <strong>of</strong> significance that meets the CLGF criteria is the construction <strong>of</strong> staff<br />
housing. With tenders having been called, it is probable that additional funds may be<br />
required for this project.<br />
Staff housing is a key issue facing <strong>Shire</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Roebourne</strong> in its ability to attract and retain<br />
staff.<br />
