Pranayama: yogic practice of manipulating and controlling the flow of prana in thesubtle<br />

Pranotthana: the impulses which pass up sushumna nadi to the higher centers of the brain<br />

when a chakra is transiently aroused. These impulses purify the sushumna passage in<br />

preparation for sustained kundalini awakening.<br />

further away from the source of our origin.<br />
