Started in the renewable energy industry
in 2011, Inosolar was founded by the
partnership of Ismet Ersoy and Ogeday
Baltacioglu who combined their expertness
in different industries and dynamic
staffs. The firm has partnering contracts
with German firms Wagner Solar and
SolarWorld, and aimed to invest in panel
production in Turkey. We asked Chairman
of the Board Ismet Yilmaz about his
company.
Which brands are represented by
InoSolar as a supplier of products
for SEP projects? Will you inform
us about your cooperation with
SolarWorld? Will they invest in
building a factory in Turkey?
Inosolar is the sole formal distributor of
SolarWorld, the largest panel producer in
Europe, in Turkey. Two companies signed
an agreement in January in Freiberg. In
the first step of the cooperation, panels
for 60 MW will be imported in the
first half of the year. Then, panels will
be produced in Turkey by Inosolar for
the establishment of 100 MW plant, by
September 2018. The factory in Turkey
will be similar the one in Germany. The
ratio of domestic sources for this project is
targeted to be about 60 to 65 percent in its
first phase, including the labor costs.
How large is your project
references in total?
The solar energy center in Islahiye,
Gaziantep having 25 MW AC and
27.5 MW DC power, one of the largest
facilities in Turkey at one point is the most
important project for Inosolar, who has
assumed the investment of 10 MW part of
2011 yılında yenilenebilir enerji
sektöründe faaliyete başlayan İnosolar,
İsmet Ersoy ve Ogeday Baltacıoğlu
ortaklığıyla kuruldu. Kurucularının farklı
sektörlerde edindikleri deneyimlerini
uzman ve dinamik ekibiyle birleştiren
İnosolar, Alman Wagner Solar, Kostal
ve panel partneri olarak da SolarWorld
ile güç birliği yapıyor. SolarWorld
panellerinin Türkiye’de üretilmesi adına
yeni bir yatırım yapacak olan İnosolar’ın
Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı İsmet Ersoy’a
detayları sorduk.

İnosolar, Avrupa’nın en büyük panel
üreticisi olan SolarWorld’ün Türkiye’deki
tek resmi distribütörüdür. İki şirket
tarafından geçtiğimiz Ocak ayında
Almanya’nın Freiberg şehrinde imzalanan
anlaşma ile İnosolar, SolarWorld’ün
tek ve ayrıcaklı Türkiye distribütörü
