will guide the future of solar energy is the<br />
new fields that will open up with YEKA<br />
(Renewable Energy Source Fields) and<br />
the new solar energy specialization regions<br />
(Konya, Nevşehir, Niğde). Inserting the<br />
‘domestic product’ article as a condition<br />
for investment, technological investments<br />
being made in our country and R&D work<br />
being required with the organization of the<br />
first 1000 MW solar plant are the most<br />
important events in our sector in 2017.<br />

regulations in our country<br />
concerning solar power? What<br />
can be done and what can be<br />
improved?<br />
In order to ensure the growth of the SEP<br />
(Solar Power Plant) investments that are<br />
accelerating more every day correctly in<br />
line with the sector and the benefit of the<br />
country the government needs to make the<br />
right decisions and eliminate the energy<br />
infrastructure problems.<br />
Unfortunately the investments in solar<br />
power have not reached the desired<br />
level. The government, universities and<br />

büyümesini sağlamak için, kamunun doğru<br />
kararlar alması ve enerji alt yapı sorunlarını<br />
bitirmesi gerekmektedir.<br />
Maalesef güneş enerjisindeki yatırımlar<br />
arzu edilen seviyeye ulaşamamıştır. Kamu,<br />
üniversite ve sivil toplum örgütleri, yerli ve<br />
yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklarının kullanılması<br />
ve yatırımların yapılması için güç birliği içinde<br />
olmalıdırlar.<br />
Ülkemizde güneş enerjisinden<br />
üretilen elektriğin satın alınması/<br />
ücretlendirilme mekanizması<br />
nasıldır? Bu yeterli midir? Daha<br />
cazip nasıl yapılabilir?<br />

How is the purchase/pricing<br />
mechanism of electricity<br />
produced by solar power in our<br />
country? Is it sufficient? How can<br />
it be made more attractive?<br />
Despite the domestic product contribution<br />
above the 0.133$/kw price in the first<br />
purchase guarantee remaining in<br />
unlicensed investments, due to the drop in<br />
investment prices it has accelerated after<br />
the 2nd half of 2017. Since the YEKA<br />
tender in our country was done with 0.07$/<br />
kw as of today, the purchase guarantee<br />
to continue until the end of 2020 looks<br />
attractive.<br />
Despite there being a serious increase in<br />
the transmission fee as of the beginning of<br />
<strong>2018</strong> and with this fee the SEP purchase<br />
guarantee being around 0.105 $/ KW solar<br />
power investment is still very economical<br />
and attractive in our country.<br />
