How did anti-dumping affect you as
a domestic producer?
Every country has laws and regulations to
protect and encourage domestic producers
and investors in their own territories. This
is included in markets such as China and
Germany. There are similar laws in many
other sectors as well as solar energy in our
country. Domestic producers who have
invested in solar energy also need to be
encouraged on the basis of certain rules,
on the condition that the issue of quality is
considered as an important factor. Our firms,
which bring themselves to a certain level, are
able to create export opportunities and are
competitive in this regard; In the future, this
sector will have the position of developing
technology, making installations and enabling
it. If we do not do that, it’s like the situation
in the automotive industry. We are still
working to bring together many important
groups of our country to make domestic
automotive. We have our cheap module front

you see in the sector?

to invest in the solar sector as Pekintaş
Group was the roof market. Aluform, one
of our group companies, is one of the major
sandwich panel manufacturers and roofing
firms of our country . We manufacture and
apply approximately 3 million square meters

Anti-dumping uygulaması yerli
üretici bir firma olarak sizi nasıl
etkiledi?
Her ülke yerli üreticisini ve kendi toprakları
içerisinde yapılmış olan yatırımları belirli
oranda korumak, teşvik etmek üzere
kanunlar çıkartıyor ve düzenlemeler yapıyor.
Buna Çin ve Almanya gibi pazarlar da
dahil. Bizim ülkemizde de güneş enerjisinde
olduğu gibi diğer birçok sektörde benzer
kanunlar var. Güneş enerjisi yatırımını
yapmış yerli üreticilerin de belirli kurallar
çerçevesinde, kalite konusunun ön planda
tutulması kayıt ve şartıyla teşvik edilmesini
gerekli görüyorum. Kendini belirli
bir seviyeye getiren, ihracat imkanları
oluşturabilen, bu konuda rekabetçi olan
firmalarımız; ileride bu sektöre teknoloji
geliştiren, kurulumlar yapan ve imkan
sağlayan konuma gelecektir. Eğer bunu
yapmazsak şuanda otomotiv sektörünün
içinde bulunduğu durum gibi oluruz. Hala
yerli otomotiv yapabilmek için ülkemizin
önemli birçok grubunu bir araya getirerek
çalışmalar gerçekleştiriyoruz. Şuanda
Türkiye’ye Çin’den ucuz modül getirmenin
önü kapandığı için ithalat yapmak suretiyle
ülkemize hizmet eden belli başlı kıymetli
firmalarımız belki bu uygulamalardan
dolayı mutsuzlar ama zannediyorum
kendilerine de derinden sorulduğu zaman
bu uygulamanın doğruluk payının çok daha

industry has some difficulties in terms of
investment financing. I think banks will keep
up with this process of getting used to and
learning more and more.
By knowing the legislation and the theoretical
troubles, we can know that complex packages
can be bought and sold at certain points of
sale. After the purchase, it is possible for the
