How do you evaluate political<br />
politics at this point? Could the<br />
decision process be delayed due<br />
to certain agreements stemming<br />
from external dependence?<br />
I think, it is not exactly like that. Because<br />
there is diversity in energy. Besides<br />
renewable energy plants, there are thermal<br />
power plants, natural gas plants. We are<br />
a country that imported serious level<br />
of natural gas not for just electricity.<br />
However, it is impossible to stop external<br />
dependence with only renewable energy as<br />
well. Energy supply and security must also<br />
be considered. Here else another point,<br />
that energy has also a serious impact on<br />
the economy. Therefore, raising the energy<br />
production rate with renewable resources<br />
is not an end to external dependence,<br />
but there are benefits in reducing and<br />
economizing. At this point, there are<br />
other issues that the government has<br />
taken on the agenda, such as an incentive<br />
mechanism for power plants, for example,<br />
for the photovoltaic sector; but solar<br />
panels with the greatest investment cost<br />
were mostly imported. Choose the path to<br />

enerjiyle kapatmak da mümkün değil.<br />
Enerji arzı ve güvenliğini de göz önünde<br />
bulundurmak gerekiyor. Burada başka<br />
bir nokta daha var ki o da enerjinin<br />
ekonomiye ciddi bir etkisi olduğu.<br />
Dolayısıyla yenilenebilir kaynaklar ile<br />
enerji üretim oranını yükseltmenin<br />
dışa bağımlılığı sonlandırmada değil<br />
ama azaltmada ve ekonomiye etkisinde<br />
faydaları var. Bu noktada da devletin<br />
gündemine aldığı başka konular<br />
oluşuyor, örneğin fotovoltaik sektör için<br />
konuşursak enerji santralleri için bir<br />
teşvik mekanizması var; ancak yatırım<br />
maliyetinde en büyük orana sahip güneş<br />

Şuan içinde bulunduğumuz durumda<br />
iyileştirmelere ihtiyacımız olduğu aşikar<br />
olsa da bu sektörün büyümeye devam<br />
edeceğini de görebiliyoruz. Yatırım<br />
yapmanın kolay olduğunu, risksiz oluğunu<br />
söylemek mümkün değil ve aldığınız riske<br />
göre kazancınız artıyor ya da azalabiliyor.<br />
Ancak, fotovoltaik sektörüne yatırım<br />
yapmak riski düşük ve güvenli bir yatırım.<br />
