end of 2017, we have established 242.85
MWp SEPP. Among these power plants,
14.61 MW part is our own investment. In
order not to aggrieve anybody, we made all
power plants ready for acceptance in 2017,
except our own power plant.”

that they work solution-oriented in the

experience and also said “Completed EPC
reference is 242.85 MWp, ongoing EPC
reference in 2018 is 32.1 MWp. Since the
day we commenced our activities up to
now, project preparation and engineering
references is 458.78 MWp and operation
and maintenance reference is 182.46
MWp”.
Moreover, Serhat Çay shared information
of becoming active in SEPP field by 32.2
MWp installed power in Şanlıurfa, which
8.32 MWp of this amount belongs to
ELSE Energy, and said “We plan to put
into practice this project in six months.
We intend to carry into effect 75 MWp
SEPP minimum in contractor position
domestically.

Ayrıca yine ELSE Enerji olarak Şanlıurfa

sahaya girdiklerinin bilgisini veren Serhat Çay,
“Bu projemizi altı ay içinde faaliyete geçirmeyi
planlıyoruz. Bu yıl için yüklenici pozisyonunda
yurtiçinde minimum 75 MWp GES’i hayata
geçirmeyi hedefliyoruz” şeklinde konuştu.

saat kontrol sağlıyoruz”
Öte yandan 2018 yılı itibarıyla Ar-Ge merkezi
projesini de hayata geçireceklerini vurgulayan
Serhat Çay, sektörde uzman kadroları ile 14
ilde, 182.46 MWp arıza, onarım ve işletme
ve bakım hizmeti verdiklerini anlattı. İşletme
ve bakım hizmeti kapsamında yaptıkları
çalışmaları, IEC60891 ve IEC62446
standartlarında ve bu standartlara uygun
ölçüm ekipmanları ile yaptıklarını aktardı. Çay
şöyle devam etti: “Santrallere kurduğumuz
ölçüm istasyonları yardımı ile Pv-syst
programından elde ettiğimiz simülasyon
raporlarını oluşturup, reel üretimlere göre
karşılaştırmasını yaparak yatırımcılarımıza
aylık ve yıllık olmak üzere rapor sunuyoruz.”
Yanı sıra marka ve model ayırt etmeksizin
tesiste kullanılan tüm ekipmanları izleyip,
kontrol ettiklerini ve bu kapsamda ‘ELSE Veri
İzleme Sistemi’ni geliştirdiklerinin altını çizen
Çay, tüm santralleri 24 saat kontrol ettiklerini
ve arızalara anında zamanında müdahale
ettiklerini dile getirdi.
Blok yeni YEKA’lar mı açılacak?
Sektör sorunlarına da değinen Serhat Çay,
hali hazırda önemli gündem maddesinin,
YEKA’lar ve çatı üzeri GES beklentisi
olduğunu paylaştı. Mini YEKA’lar hakkında
bir takım duyumlarının olduğunu söyleyen
Çay, henüz resmi bir metin olmadığına
değindi. Çay; “Bunun yerine blok yeni bir
YEKA’nın daha çıkacağı yönünde açıklamalar
var. Fakat belirttiğim üzere kesinleşen
durum yok. Çatı üzeri içinde birçok çalışma
yapılsa da henüz bu anlamda açılan bir pazar
bulunmuyor” değerlendirmesini yaptı.

in the scope of operation and maintenance

equipment that are in accordance with
these standards. Çay continued as follows:
“With the help of measuring equipment
installed to our power plants, we create
simulation reports obtained from Pb-syst
software, make comparison with factual
fabrications, issue reports to our investors
in monthly and annual periods.”
In addition to this, without treating
unequally of brand and model, all
equipment used in power plant are
observed, checked and in this manner,
they developed “ELSE Data Surveillance
System”, as Çay stated and also mentioned
that all power plants are checked 24
hours, defects are repaired in a timely
intervention.
Will new YEKA blocks be
established?
Serhat Çay, referring sectoral problems
shared that specific agenda at the moment
is the expectation of YEKA and aboveroof
SEPP. They have some hearings on
Small YEKA as Çay said, but expressed
that there is no official text for it. Çay
evaluated that: “Instead of this, we have
explanations of a new YEKA block will be
available. However, as I mentioned there
is nothing certain yet. For above-roof,
there are plenty of works made in this
manner, yet there is no such a market in
this direction as well”.
