Avrupa’da imalatçı olan firmalar Türkiye’ye gelip ofis<br />
açmadan satış yapıyor ve 5 yıl garanti veriyorlar. Aynı<br />
yıl içerisinde bile değişik birçok sebepten dolayı hizmet<br />
vermiyorlar. Açıkçası biz bu yüzden kendi markamızdan<br />
bağımsız olarak da teknik destek vermeyi misyon edindik<br />
çünkü bu konu sektöre ciddi zararlar verebilir.<br />

enter this sector regarding its popularity, they make something<br />
for a while and then exit. They rid maybe they see losses or<br />
not, but their trace becomes more. The big expectation of<br />
mine is that the market gets awareness in this aspect. If you<br />
sell this product you should keep the spare parts and educated<br />
personnel and also stock of this product for two years. Those<br />
who manage this sell and get rid of this business due to they<br />
do not look at the sector for long-term. This is not a thing<br />
which is made only in Turkey. Even the European firms come<br />
to Turkey make this. The manufacturing firms in Europe<br />
come to Turkey and deal with sales and guarantee for 5 years.<br />
Even within the same year they do not serve regarding lots<br />
of reasons. Frankly, for this reason, we have made a mission<br />
to give technical service independently from our own brand,<br />
because this subject can give serious harms to the sector.<br />
