How much production will be made<br />
in the first stage?<br />
We would like to make specific and qualified<br />
products. We want to manufacture more<br />
qualified products available than in the<br />
market, in fact we will make production in<br />
the limited number. In the limited number<br />
production we will have works in order to<br />
make meeting both design and production<br />
cost in competitive conditions and also to<br />
crown our a 25-year experience with more<br />
qualified products. For a few years, the<br />
solar energy has been ahead much for this<br />
reason; we hold our weight in this direction.<br />
However when we look at the solar energy<br />
sector there is a graphic happens in V shape.<br />
Sometime it raises, sometime it has recession.<br />
As the company, we spread generally into<br />
energy sector in order to be able to stand<br />
on foot and regarding seeing parallel with<br />
our past experiences. We will manage our<br />
manufacturing and R & D studies in the area<br />
of power electronic.<br />
As Pem Enerji, how much<br />
installation did you accomplish in<br />
2017?<br />
As Pem Enerji, we have two hats. One of<br />
them is that we have official distributor in<br />
Turkey and responsible both sales and service<br />
of Huawei. Even going one step ahead we<br />
have installed the system, with which inverters<br />
are tracked, namely the customers of Huawei<br />
in Turkey access to tracking services via<br />
us. In a near time I consider the customers<br />
will feel this advantage. Regarding some<br />
international policies data transfer is not<br />
fulfilled healthily. When we were doing the<br />
management of another work this business<br />
was locked and the German government did<br />
not permit to data transfer. So, we began to<br />
offer such kind of solution. We offer remote<br />
tracking service as free of all inverters that we<br />
sell in Turkey. Our server building is ready<br />
at our new service building, here we serve<br />
as free. We have reached a sales figure over<br />
700MW globally within Huawei. Some of<br />
this figure was realized via Huawei global<br />
partners we accomplished nearly the sales of<br />
250 MW. The reached figure is contented<br />
for us, because it is a market waited for a long<br />
time. In fact, there was a market portfolio we<br />
progressed; we have shot down a department<br />
that we were able to manage without being<br />
much aggressive. As for the second hat, as<br />

ne kadarlık bir kurulum<br />
gerçekleştirdiniz?<br />
Pem Enerji olarak bizim iki tane şapkamız<br />
var. Bunlardan biri Huawei’in hem satışından<br />
hem de servisinden sorumlu resmi Türkiye<br />
distribütörüyüz. Hatta Huawei ile bir adım<br />
daha öteye giderek inverterlerin izlendiği<br />
sistemi kendi ofisimize kurduk yani<br />
Türkiye’deki Huawei müşterileri izleme<br />
hizmetine bizden erişiyor. Yakın zamanda<br />
müşterilerin de bu avantajı hissedeceğini<br />
düşünüyorum. Uluslararası bir takım<br />
politikalardan dolayı data transferleri sağlıklı<br />
yapılamıyor. Biz başka bir projenin yönetimini<br />
yaparken bu iş takıldı ve Alman hükümeti<br />
data transferine izin vermedi. Dolayısıyla<br />
biz de böyle bir çözüm sunmaya başladık.<br />
Türkiye’de satışını gerçekleştirdiğimiz bütün<br />
inverterlerin uzaktan izleme hizmetini biz<br />
sunuyoruz. Yeni hizmet binamızda surver<br />
odamız mevcut, burada bedelsiz olarak<br />
hizmet veriyoruz. Huawei tarafında global<br />
olarak 700MW’ın üzerinde bir satış rakamına<br />
ulaştık. Bu rakamın bir kısmı Huawei’in<br />
global partnerleri üzerinden gerçekleşti, biz<br />
de yaklaşık 250-250MW arasında bir satış<br />
gerçekleştirdik. Ulaşılan rakam bizim için<br />
tatmin ediciydi çünkü uzun süredir beklenen<br />
bir pazardı. Geliştirdiğimiz bir pazar<br />
portföyü zaten vardı, çok da agresif olmadan<br />
yönetebileceğimiz bir bölümü kapattık.<br />
İkinci şapkada ise Pem Enerji olarak kendi<br />
ürettiğimiz Abax markalı ürünlerimiz var.<br />
Off-grid sistemlerin gidişatını nasıl<br />
yorumluyorsunuz?<br />
Huawei tarafında off-grid bir ürünümüz yok,<br />
Abax markalı kendi ürünlerimizin tamamı<br />
ise off-grid. Bu anlamda Huawei tarafıyla<br />
çakışan bir ürünümüz yok. Pem Enerji<br />
olarak off-grid satışına çok yönelemedik,<br />
yeni bina ve üretim detaylarıyla ilgilendik.<br />
Bu yıl off-grid sistemlerin satışına ağırlık<br />
vermeyi planlıyoruz. Bu yıl itibariyle on-grid<br />
Pem Enerji, we have our own products we<br />
produce under Abax brand.<br />
How do you comment off-grid<br />
systems?<br />
There is no off-grid product of ours in side of<br />
Huawei, as for our Abax branded products<br />
are off-grid. In this meaning there is no our<br />
product that overlaps with Huawei. As Pem<br />
Enerji we have not directed toward the sales<br />
of off-grid much, we interested in the new<br />
building and production details. This year, we<br />
are planning to give weight to the sales of offgrid<br />
systems. As of this year, on-grid systems<br />
reduced some. Someone also thinks opposite<br />
of it in the sector, but we still think the graphic<br />
in on-grid systems can be kept. Meanwhile,<br />
we will strengthen some more in our off-grid<br />
side. At our new building we are installing test<br />
and training center. Even here will be used as<br />
test and training laboratory in an organization<br />
of GÜNDER. In this organization we will be<br />
serving as brand-independent. We will come<br />
in a condition to be able to serve technically<br />
to power electronic equipment and to test<br />
entirely conforming to the standards apart<br />
from the products we represent or products<br />
we make.<br />
Do think to give dealership in<br />
Turkey?<br />
Although we have dealers but we will<br />
consolidate our dealership system more in<br />
our new structure. We are going to set up<br />
a remarkable dealership organization this<br />
year. Our vertical structuring has already<br />
finished. We will complete our horizontal<br />
structuring. The main objective of ours will<br />
accomplish our sales organization, dealer<br />
structuring both in the home and abroad this<br />
year. We are lucky in the home with regard<br />
to having a small dealer organization even<br />
being small comes from past, however we aim<br />
to institutionalize this. By bringing certain<br />
standards for our dealers we want to reflect<br />
our institutional culture more. We also want<br />
to open our own companies in places such as<br />
Izmir, Konya, Bursa and Gaziantep where<br />
trade and competition to be intensive.<br />
