Turkey that have more than 2-3 years of<br />
experience in SPPs and when we mention<br />
DC power, many companies do not have<br />
the experience of supplying solutions at<br />
1000-1500 volts. We do not install the<br />
solar power plant we are making today<br />
for 1-2 years, we install them for 15-20<br />
years. We design our products with 25<br />
years of service life. The amortization<br />
periods are not short and investors need<br />
to make more money on this. We have<br />
300% quality control in our production<br />
facility in Spain. Our engineers design<br />
based on the incoming projects and we<br />
do our own designing according to the<br />
location and the panels. We produce<br />
a prototype and conduct tests on it. I<br />
would like to point out here that we<br />
have our own accredited laboratory in<br />
Germany. This provides us an advantage<br />
in terms of cost and speed. Our designer<br />
engineers calculate the torque of every<br />
screw and determine its location. Since<br />
we are also the producer of the products<br />
used in the DC Combiner Box with this<br />
knowledge, there are no other companies<br />
that know our products better than us<br />
and this give us an important technical<br />
advantage. The torque values entered<br />
into the system make remote connection<br />
with the screw tighteners, make the<br />
connection and our colleague working<br />
on this aspect moves on to the second,<br />
third and fourth points. By these means,<br />
we eliminate human error completely.<br />
There is a quality number inside each<br />
DC Combiner Box. when there is a<br />
problem after 10-15 years, we can tell the<br />
customer what torque value we tightened<br />
by finding the relevant DC Combiner<br />
Box . We provide 5 year warranty, not as<br />
optional, for all of our Combiner Boxes<br />
because we know very well with which<br />
quality we have delivered.<br />
Weidmüller has a certain quality<br />
in the global and Turkish<br />
market. But, there are many<br />
different components involved.<br />
No matter what your quality<br />
is, there are a lot of investors<br />
that purchase these in turnkey<br />
form. Any negative aspect in any<br />
component will also come back<br />
to you. What method do you<br />
follow at this point?<br />

da sergiliyor olacağız ve içyapısını<br />
müşterilerimize bizzat göstereceğiz. Termin<br />
süreleri ve fiyatları hakkında sektördeki<br />
sıkıntıları duymuştuk. Bu ürün gamında<br />
stoklarımızı hem lokal olarak hem de<br />
Almanya’da güçlü tutacağız.<br />
Actually, at this point, we try to eliminate<br />
error rather than company selectivity.<br />
We can present in official materials that<br />
there is no issue related to us. In fact, I<br />
would like to point something else out<br />
here. If our investor does not want any<br />
risk from the EPC side, we deliver our<br />
DC Combiner boxes with the connectors<br />
located at their bottom. We also send PV<br />
sticks according to the string number.<br />
Our PV Stick which is specific to us<br />
is a 100% reliable product. When you<br />
insert a peeled cable inside the connector,<br />
the spring grabs the cable in there and<br />
provides the connection at the necessary<br />
torque. We also eliminate human error<br />
here. In other words, we provide a secure<br />
connection with the connectors in the<br />
Box for which torque has been calculated<br />
when the strings coming from the area<br />
are connected with 100% of reliability<br />
with the PV Stick.<br />
Anything you wish to add?<br />
We are entering the year <strong>2018</strong> with a<br />
product we are confident in. The Class<br />
A certified quality analyzers was a<br />
products that have been long awaited by<br />
everyone. We will also be displaying our<br />
EA 750 product at the <strong>Solarex</strong> Istanbul<br />
fair and we will be showing its internal<br />
structure to customers in person. We had<br />
heard problems in the sector on length<br />
of term and price. We will keep a strong<br />
inventory in this product range both<br />
locally and in Germany.<br />
