Cardinia Shire Council Annual Report 2017–18 2013–14 Introduction Our vision Cardinia Shire will be developed in a planned manner to enable present and future generations Cardinia Shire Council’s values framework to live and work in our Shire, enjoying its diverse and distinctive characteristics.
