Ms Anne Marie Conlon declared an interest in the Donegal County Council proposal and
absented herself from the meeting at this point.
The Donegal CDB Peace & Reconciliation Partnership noted the records taken by the
Evaluation Panel on 12 th May 2009 with regard to Items 1-8 of the Donegal County Council
proposal and in the absence of the Partnership Secretariat, as circulated.
Ms JoAnne Kilmartin subsequently gave an overview of the Donegal County Council
Proposal.
A discussion followed and the following was agreed:
Funding approved: €855,530
Score: 150
Proposed Conditions if Any: 1. With regard to elements 1-8 of the DCC Proposals, it was agreed that the
comments / conditions recommended by the Evaluation Panel apply in this
instance.
2. With regard to the Ethnic Minorities proposals, it was recommended that
the Partner Organisation work with the Donegal County Joint Policing
Committee in delivering this Programme
Other Comments: 1. The proposal was approved subject to clarification being received from
SEUPB with regard to an Economic Appraisal 2. A single steering
committee covering all these actions should be considered
