· In Colombia, Securitas works actively with an<br />
inclusion program for disabled persons and other<br />
exposed groups, such as single mothers. The<br />
objective is to create opportunities for these<br />
employees to participate actively in working life.<br />
The model has been very successful in the retail<br />
segment in Colombia, where the deployment of<br />
security officers in wheelchairs has, in many cases,<br />
led to fewer incidents. Several other countries are<br />
