want to develop our employees and give them a
· In Colombia, Securitas works actively with an
inclusion program for disabled persons and other
exposed groups, such as single mothers. The
objective is to create opportunities for these
employees to participate actively in working life.
The model has been very successful in the retail
segment in Colombia, where the deployment of
security officers in wheelchairs has, in many cases,
led to fewer incidents. Several other countries are
EMPLOYEE also implementing TURNOVER the model.
· Another important strategy for becoming a leading
employer is sharing best practices. Approximately
