Current Research<br />

My research focuses on non-perturbative aspects of Quantum Field Theory, and their application to<br />

phenomenology in high-energy particle physics. I have studied several aspects of QCD dynamics from<br />

first principles by numerical simulations, and I have computed several quantities of phenomenological<br />

interest within the Standard Model. As a complementary approach to hadronic physics, I also work on<br />

the determination of the non-perturbative structure of nucleons directly from experimental data. More<br />

recently I have started to study field theories on the lattice beyond QCD, in an attempt to bridge the gap<br />

between analytical and numerical approaches. These studies are now leading towards models of strong<br />

dynamics beyond the Standard Model and non-perturbative aspects of susy theories.<br />
