Current Research
I am interested in measuring and modelling the optical properties of coastal and oceanic seawater for
climate modelling and ocean colour remote sensing applications. Current interests include determining
measurement uncertainties for inherent optical property measurements and use of radiative transfer
simulations to determine improved ocean colour interpretation algorithms. My work is supported by a
NERC Advanced Fellowship that builds on a previous NERC Postdoctoral Fellowship award.
