According to SCHER (2011), <strong>the</strong>re is uncertainty in <strong>the</strong> background material <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> EQS and <strong>the</strong>refore <strong>the</strong><br />
GES boundary for dicl<strong>of</strong>enac is only tentative.<br />
The SCHER opinion on <strong>the</strong> EE2 supports <strong>the</strong> WFD WG E proposal (SCHER 2011), but <strong>the</strong> EQSs are still considered<br />
