Cherry Vanilla Bliss
1 banana, frozen and broken into pieces
1/2 cup cherries, pitted (fresh or frozen)
1 cup almond milk (see instructions on page 56)
2 tbsps cocoa powder (preferably raw)
1/2 tsp vanilla or 1 small piece vanilla bean
Blend all of the ingredients together. You can also make walnut milk which tastes great with this
smoothie.

1 banana
1/2 cup celery juice
1 cup mangoes, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup papayas
1 serving green superfood
1/2 cup water
ice
Blend fruits and juice together. Add water and ice to achieve desired consistency.
