1 banana<br />
1 serving protein powder (whey or hemp)<br />
1/4 cup blueberries<br />
1/4 cup strawberries<br />
1/4 cup mango<br />
1,000 mg maca powder<br />
1 serving green superfood<br />
2 tbsps hemp seeds<br />
1/2 - 1 cup water<br />
Add ingredients to the blender and add water as needed to create your favorite thickness <strong>for</strong><br />
your smoothie. Pour and enjoy!<br />
Island Girl Colada<br />
1/8 cup pineapple<br />
1/4 cup mango<br />
1/4 cup strawberries<br />
1 banana<br />
1,000 mg maca powder<br />
600 mg royal jelly<br />
