Red Raspberry Leaf Milk
1 tbsp raspberry leaf
1 cup water
When you make the nut milk recipes above use this chilled red raspberry tea instead of water.
To make the tea, use 1 tablespoon of red raspberry herb to 1 cup of water. Add the herb to the
water. Bring to a boil and immediately turn off heat and cover with a lid. Let steep for 15 minutes.
Cool in the fridge then add to the smoothie. When you are ready to make your milk, use the
chilled tea in place of water.
