the design task. The model is checked out by these multiple designers;<br />

however, each actor can only edit the section of the model to which their<br />

responsibility has been assigned. When the modified dependencies relate<br />

to parameters outside the users’ domain, the user at this stage have to<br />

communicate to the project manager to make the proposed change. The<br />

final matrix is optimized by the project manager via partitioning. Durations<br />

may be added to the tasks and the optimum schedule of the process is<br />

notified to all roles. If a change occurs while conducting the processes, the<br />

model check out is repeated. At this stage, the DSM helps identify the<br />

affected parameters and manage change in processes.<br />
