PHYSICS SETTINGS<br />

First set up the electromagnetic problem. Select Electromagnetic Waves (rfw) from the<br />

Multiphysics menu.<br />

Scalar Variables<br />

In the Scalar Variables dialog box, set the frequency nu_rfw to 2.45e9.<br />

Subdomain Settings<br />

1 Open the Subdomain Settings dialog box.<br />

2 Keep all the subdomains at the default settings (air) except for Subdomain 2 (glass<br />

plate) which has a relative permittivity of 2.55 and Subdomain 3 (potato) which has<br />

a relative permittivity of 65-i*20.<br />

3 Click OK.<br />

Boundary Conditions<br />

1 Open the Boundary Settings dialog box.<br />
