Using a very long straightedge (or piece of steel or a chalk line) scribe a perfectly straight line on the floor that will extend<br />
well past the limits of the frame and the 'projected' intersection of the steering neck angle and the ground as shown in Figure<br />
4 below.<br />

This is the only spot in my garage where the floor is level and it's a tight fit to get the frame in here and be able to work<br />
around it but we make do with what we have just like everybody else out there.<br />
Once you get the control line scribed out it's time to sit the frame on top of it. The objective is to get the frame perfectly<br />
centered along this line. Using a plumb-bob front and rear keep shifting the frame until it is perfectly centered.
