Notice the Errors tab. This indicates that something did not turn out as expected. While errors are not usually observed when projects have been successfully built and tested on the Workbench, a simple renaming and uploading of a dependent file causes dependency traversal to record an error when defining a root, and in the message viewer (see page 49) when creating or rebuilding an archive.
