BATTERY USAGE BEFORE USING<br />
■ BATTERY REMOVAL<br />

If necessary, power-off the phone by holding down<br />
the END key until the power-off image displays.<br />
Press the release latch, lift up the battery cover.<br />

Lift the bottom of the battery and remove it.<br />
If the battery is not correctly placed in the compartment,<br />
the handset will not turn on and/or the battery may be<br />
detached during use.<br />
