new production about the
straw-haired troublemaker
allows the actor who
received an Oscar for
The Artist to perform
alongside his sidekicks
Clovis Cornillac and
Bruno Salomone once
again. “It’s such a pleasure
to play that clown again.
I’m very happy to go back
there,” confirms ‘Brice’
Dujardin. Although the
film will be partly made
in the Bordeaux region,
in studios in Paris and
in Thailand, shooting
will have begun from
mid-September on the
famous pebbles of the
Bains Militaires beach
in Nice. Locals who had
to forego bathing there
for a few days – access
was prohibited between
the 10th and 19th of
September – made the
best of things. Nobody,
well almost nobody, can
resist Brice de Nice!

La formule a fait ses preuves, on ne change pas une équipe
qui gagne. Ce nouvel opus du trublion à la tignasse blonde
filasse permet à l’acteur oscarisé pour The Artist de jouer
de nouveau avec ses acolytes Clovis Cornillac et Bruno
Salomone. « J’ai un plaisir gourmand à retrouver mon
clown. Je suis très content d’y retourner »
précise encore Brice Dujardin. Si le tournage, qui a
débuté mi-septembre, se fera en partie dans la région
bordelaise, dans des studios parisiens et en Thaïlande, il
aura débuté sur les célèbres galets niçois de la plage des
Bains militaires. Les autochtones privés de baignades
pendant quelques jours – l’accès au lieu a été interdit du
10 au 19 septembre – ont fait contre mauvaise fortune bon
cœur. Personne, ou presque, ne résiste à Brice de Nice !
