MANCA, 36 ÈME !
L’édition 2015, 36 ème du nom
s’intitule « De proche en
proche » et se tient à Nice,
Carros et Monaco, du 14 au
24 novembre. Cette année
encore, beaucoup d’inédits,
avec quatre créations, des
œuvres de Michel et d’une
nouvelle génération de
compositeurs chinois
talentueux.

In 2015, the 36 th edition is
entitled ‘Step by Step’ and is
being held in Nice, Carros and
Monaco, from 14-24
November. Once again there
will be plenty of new things,
with four creations, works by
Michel and a new generation
of talented Chinese
composers.

L’Espace Chiris de Grasse se
transforme, le temps de la
19 ème EXPOSITION
INTERNATIONALE
D’ANIMAUX DE BASSE-
COUR (du 23 au 25 octobre)
en arche de Noé. Les éleveurs
amateurs des régions de
France et d’Europe y
présentent leurs volailles,
palmipèdes, lapins, pigeons,
faisans, oiseaux, cochons…
L’occasion rêvée, pour les
enfants, de découvrir des
animaux qu’ils ne côtoient pas
forcément au quotidien.

For the 19 th
INTERNATIONAL
EXHIBITION OF
FARMYARD ANIMALS (23-
25 October), the Espace
Chiris in Grasse will be
transformed into Noah’s Ark.
There, amateur breeders from
France and Europe will show
their poultry, water fowl,
rabbits, pigeons, pheasants,
birds and pigs. For children,
this is a wonderful occasion to
learn about animals they
might not come across
otherwise.

GOURMANDISE
Avis aux gourmets et aux gourmands ! La 20 ème édition de
MONTE-CARLO GASTRONOMIE – du 27 au 30 novembre
à l’espace Fontvieille – invite à un voyage gustatif des plus
alléchants. Au menu : foie gras, truffes, fruits de mer, caviar,
chocolats, douceurs, fromages, produits biologiques des
différentes régions de France et d’Europe, champagnes,
liqueurs… A suivre également, des démonstrations culinaires
réalisées par des chefs étoilés. Un bel avant-goût des agapes de
fin d’année.

All foodies take note! The 20 th edition of MONTE-CARLO
GASTRONOMY – from 27-30 November at the Espace
Fontvieille – invites you to take your taste buds on a tempting
journey. On the menu you'll find foie gras, truffles, shellfish,
caviar, chocolates, sweets, cheeses, organic products from
various French and European regions, champagnes and liqueurs.
You will also be able to follow cookery demonstrations by
Michelin-starred chefs. A nice foretaste of what you might be
enjoying at Christmas and New Year.
