The corymbs are domed and compact with good
closure and have a high specific weight. They are well
covered and have an excellent white colour.
Seminis
Aquatica, an early cycle cauliflower, can be counted
on to produce well covered white corymbs with a high
specific weight. This cauliflower adapts different
times of sowing/transplanting, and its harvesting window
is a wide one, from late November to early
January. Typical produces well covered corymbs
which are smooth and of an excellent white colour.
Their specific weight is always high; they are tolerant
of the cold and resist over-maturation. Tenfold has a
very late cycle, 220-230 days after transplantation
and very dark enveloping green leaves. The inflorescence
is smooth and very compact, and it has a very
high specific weight.
Vilmorin
Italis is a late autumn/winter cauliflower harvested in
Karnak (Sakata).

Sud, evitando eccessi nella fertilizzazione. Casper è una
varietà precoce per il mercato fresco e l’industria. Ha
corimbo grosso, ben protetto dal fogliame, con grana
fine e di colore bianco vivo. Fondo ben chiuso e compatto.
La maturazione è discretamente concentrata.
Sakata
Karnak ha corimbi bianchi, compatti, ben chiusi e uniformi.
Atalaya è indicato per le raccolte autunnali e di inizio
inverno, per il mercato fresco e l’industria. Ha un
corimbo del peso di 1-1,3 kg, compatto, coperto dal
fogliame e con buone capacità di tenuta. Kastor, per
raccolte autunnali, produce corimbi di buona pezzatura
che mantengono ottima copertura anche a dimensioni
elevate. Concept, fornisce alte produzioni, corimbi uniformi
e facilmente confezionabili. Trofeo, è indicato per
raccolte invernali. I corimbi sono a cupola, ben chiusi e
compatti con notevole peso specifico ed eccellente
colore bianco, ben coperti.
Seminis
Aquata, a ciclo precoce, garantisce un corimbo ben
coperto, bianco, con alto peso specifico. È adattabile a
diverse epoche di semina/trapianto, con ampio periodo

corimbo appuntito, denso e di ottimo colore; Palio ha ciclo autunno-invernale, per raccolte da novembre a gennaio al Centro-Sud (da
fine ottobre a fine novembre al Nord); ha corimbo ipercompatto, pesante, verde scuro, brillante, molto resistente alle manipolazioni con
