weighing on average 1.2 to 1.3 kg. It is closed at the
bottom, the flower buds are of average prominence
and it has good resistance to manipulation. Seoul is a
cauliflower for harvesting in northern Italy from late
September to late October, in the Centre from July to
October, in the Fucino area from October-November,
and elsewhere in the south from late October to mid
November. The corymb is white and very compact; it
is finely grained and tightly closed at the bottom.

Typical, consente un’elevata copertura del corimbo, di
ottimo colore bianco, liscio e con peso specifico sempre
molto elevato; tollera il freddo e resiste alla sovramaturazione.
Tenfold, con ciclo ultratardivo, 220-230 gg
dal trapianto, ha foglie verde scuro molto avvolgenti,
infiorescenza bianca, liscia e molto compatta, peso specifico
molto elevato.
Vilmorin
Italis, è un cavolfiore tardo autunnale/invernale con
raccolta tra fine dicembre e gennaio. Il corimbo, rotondo
e bianco avorio, è molto coperto, ha grana solida e
compatta, elevato peso specifico, peso medio 1,2-1,3
kg, fondo chiuso e fioretti mediamente rilevati, buona
tenuta alla manipolazione. Seoul, con raccolta nel
Nord da fine settembre a fine ottobre, nel Centro da
luglio a ottobre nell’area Fucino e a ottobre-novembre
altrove, nel Sud da fine ottobre a metà novembre. Il
corimbo è bianco e molto compatto, ha grana fine e
fondo ben chiuso.
