Familienfreundliche Bereiche und Design ergänzen sich im Hotel Sonnenalpe zu einem harmonischen Ganzen. Ein Platz zum Verweilen! Bereits vor einigen Jahren hat sich Bauherr und Eigentümer Michael Pucher dazu entschlossen, sein Hotel und dessen Positionierung neu zu überdenken und den Schritt in Richtung Modernisierung und Erweiterung zu wagen. Nach getaner Arbeit, achtmonatiger Um- und Neubauphase, öffneten sich am 8. Dezember des letzten Jahres die Tore des Hotels Sonnenalpe am Nassfeld. Seitdem managen die Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences den Betrieb. Der Bestand vor dem Um- und Neubau umfasste das Hotel Sonnenalpe mit rund 50 Zimmern und das Apartmenthotel Bellavista mit 25 Apartments. Gesamt bietet das neue Hotel Sonnenalpe nun rund 140 Zimmer und Suiten. BGià qualche anno fa il proprietario e committente, Sig. Michael Pucher, aveva deciso di ripensare il proprio hotel ed il suo posizionamento e di azzardare il passo verso la modernizzazione e l’ampliamento. A conclusione dei lavori di ristrutturazione e di costruzione ex novo, durati 8 mesi, l’8 dicem- bre dello scorso anno è stato inaugurato il nuovo Hotel Sonnenalpe a Nassfeld. Da allora a dirigere l’azienda è il gruppo Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences. Prima dei lavori di ristrutturazione e nuova costruzione c’erano l’Hotel Sonnenalpe con ca. 50 camere e l’Apartment Hotel Bellavista con i suoi 25 appartamenti. Il nuovo Hotel Sonnenalpe ora offre complessivamente circa 140 camere e suite. Hotelbau Journal 02/2012 7
