«Nei periodi di cambiamento, anche forzato
da fattori esterni come quello attuale, noi
vinciamo se siamo capaci di cavalcare le trasformazioni,
senza paura e senza battaglie di
retroguardia. Chi è imprenditore – ha detto
ancora Ferrario – sa benissimo che stare fermi
e difendere lo status quo è lo sbaglio più grande
che si può fare. E allora accettiamo la sfida
dell’elettrico nell’auto, non demonizziamo a
priori l’intelligenza artificiale, che non ruberà
posti di lavoro ma ne farà perdere a chi non la
considererà, apriamoci a nuovi settori di mercato.
Al nostro Governo chiediamo di metterci
nella condizione di affrontare la sfida imprenditoriale
quotidiana, supportandola».
Un messaggio non distante da quello lanciato
dal presidente di Assofond Fabio Zanardi,
che nel suo intervento ha tracciato un bilancio
dell’andamento del settore negli ultimi anni e
sulle prospettive per il futuro: «Veniamo da un
buon 2022 e da un 2023 complessivamente
positivo, anche se ora la domanda è in calo e
ci aspetta un 2024 ricco di incertezze. Ma ab-

“In times of change, even when forced by external
factors such as the current one, we win if we
are able to ride the transformations, without
fear and without rearguard battles. Any entrepreneur,”
Ferrario continued, “knows all too
well that standing still and defending the status
quo is the biggest mistake one can make. So
let us accept the challenge of the electric car,
let us not demonise artificial intelligence at first
glance, which will not steal jobs but will make
those who do not consider it lose them, and let
us open up to new market sectors. We ask our
government to put us in a position to face our
daily business challenge by supporting it’.
A message not far removed from that of Assofond
President Fabio Zanardi, whose speech
took stock of the sector’s performance in recent
years and its outlook for the future: “We are
coming off a good 2022 and an overall positive
