TECNICO

manutenzione sarebbe quindi ideale.
parametri.
Molti dei prodotti disponibili in commercio non
sono sufficienti per un progetto di tracciabilità
di successo di componenti fusi. La stretta collaborazione
con fornitori ed esperti tecnici è importante
per ottenere successi iniziali e continui.
TECNOLOGIE PER LA TRACCIABILITÀ
INDUSTRIALE
Etichette e targhette
Etichette e targhette sono state utilizzate per
decenni per identificare le parti. Consistono in
such as sandblasting, painting, anodizing,
and electroplating, sometimes in combination.
Cycle time is crucial. A system that operates
smoothly regardless of tolerance variations,
even at a significant distance, without contact,
and without maintenance, would be ideal. This
often makes laser marking the only suitable
technology for this purpose. Integrating the laser
engraving process into the factory or assembly
line requires some experience, knowledge
of the industry’s needs, robot operation,
and careful parameter adjustment. Many commercially
available products are not sufficient
for a successful traceability project for die-cast
components. Close collaboration with suppliers
and technical experts is essential for achieving
initial and ongoing success.
Labels and Tags
Labels and tags have been used for decades
to identify parts. They consist of a printed substrate
that is glued to the surface of the part.
Such labels are no longer considered suitable
for aluminum parts for several reasons. Firstly,
there is a high risk that these labels will peel off
the components during subsequent process
phases or during the use of the parts. Labels
