The solutionto the problems concerning the productive process has as results the reduction offailures, reduction of rework expenses, improvement to the performance of cell andconsequently reduction of production expenses. The use of new techniques, rules andtools to work such as: brainstorming, diagram the cause and effect, pareto analysis,among others have contributed to the reduction of non – conformity problems duringthe productive process.This work has the objective of analyzing some methods and tools of analysis andsolution to the problems , its importance consists of a review of the concepts related tothese methods and tools as well as its applicability in day-by-day work of the lateral cellin an automobile assembly line by obtaining results of this methodology which isimplemented.key words: analysis of failures, regelkreis, tools of quality, MASP, cause and effect,action plan.
