Rumelihisarı’nın alışıldık kalabalığından<br />
uzakta, sakin ve kaliteli şekilde vakit<br />
geçirmek isteyenleri şık mekanında,<br />
özenli lezzetleri ve insanı canlandıran<br />
muhteşem Boğaz manzarası eşliğinde<br />
ağırlıyor.<br />
Şef Muharrem Çipil yönetiminde<br />
Buba’s Bosphorus bugüne dek özellikle<br />
zengin kahvaltı menüsü ve iştah açan<br />
burgerleri ile adından söz ettiriyordu. Bu<br />
alandaki iddiasını korumaya devam eden<br />
mekan şimdi ayrıca, yeni Şefi Muharrem<br />
Çipil yönetiminde yepyeni lezzetleriyle<br />
yine akılda kalacak anlara imza atmaya<br />
hazırlanıyor. Buba’s Bosphorus<br />
menüsünde artık balık odaklı tarifler<br />
daha fazla ön plana çıkarken, antipasti<br />
ve salata seçenekleri, makarna ve risotto<br />
çeşitleri ile sürpriz tatlılar da misafirleri<br />

serving since October 2021, right at the<br />
foot of the historical Yusuf Ziya Pasha<br />
Mansion, known as the Perili Köşk. It<br />
welcomes those who want to spend<br />
time in a quiet and quality way, away<br />
from the usual crowds of Rumelihisarı,<br />
in its elegant place, accompanied by<br />
meticulous tastes and an enlivening<br />
magnificent Bosphorus view.<br />

Buba's Bosphorus has made a name for<br />
itself especially with its rich breakfast<br />
menu and appetizing burgers. The<br />
venue continuing to keep its claim in<br />
this area, is now also preparing to make<br />
memorable moments with its brand new<br />
flavors under the management of its<br />
new Chef, Muharrem Çipil. While fishoriented<br />
recipes come to the fore more<br />
in Buba's Bosphorus menu, it waits<br />
for the guests with antipasti and salad<br />
options, pasta and risotto varieties and<br />
surprise desserts.
