Uluslararası MICE Endüstrisi Derneği'nin 2. Başkanı. 1998 yılından bu yana kurumsal<br />
hayatın merkezinde, 1995'ten beridir de turizmin içinde. 2000 yılından itibaren etkinlik<br />

Michelin Rehberi’nden sonra Gault & Millau da Türkiye’de! Sözen Organizasyon iş<br />

We are at Ambiente fair in Frankfurt…<br />
The 2nd President of the International MICE Industry Association. It has been at the core of<br />
corporate life since 1998 and in tourism since 1995. We have recently made an exclusive<br />
interview with Işıl Özmen, who has been playing an active role in the development of the event<br />
management branch since 2000 and announced its establishment in 2016, and one of the<br />
important representatives of women's power in the sector, with the new term presidency of<br />
I-MICE, the <strong>2023</strong> outlook of the sector and its journey in tourism.<br />
The Friends of the Kitchen Association presented the 4th Golden Spoon Gastronomy Awards with<br />
their owners at a ceremony held on January 17, <strong>2023</strong>. The winners of the awards announced<br />
at the night hosted by Four Seasons Sultanahmet with the contributions of Jumbo are on our<br />
gastro event pages.<br />
Born and raised, two generations from Istanbul. The culinary story begins at the restaurant bars<br />
in Ataköy. His mother is also a cook like himself. While he was studying at Istanbul Moda High<br />
School, his restaurants, which were closed by bankruptcy, and his mother's decision to settle in<br />
Bodrum, whom he adopted as a role model, became a turning point in his life. He would have to<br />
go either to the military or to school! Famous Chef Somer Sivrioğlu, on the other hand, using his<br />
choice in favor of education, lays the foundations of both theoretical and academic cooking in the<br />
Department of Tourism and <strong>Hotel</strong> Management at Bilkent University. The intercontinental culinary<br />
story of Sivrioğlu, who moved to Australia for her master's degree right after university, and<br />
who has now conquered hearts with her four different restaurant concepts with the Masterchef<br />
Turkey jury, is in our title.<br />
After the Michelin Guide, Gault & Millau is also in Turkey! Incorporating Turkey as the 17th country<br />
in cooperation with Sözen Organization, the French rating guide will evaluate 500 restaurants<br />
from the Marmara, Aegean, Mediterranean and Southeast regions this year, and include 300 of<br />

Ambiente Fair is coming with an organization that will gather the global market under one roof<br />
this year as well. The giant fair, consisting of the areas of Food, Living, Giving and Working, will<br />
host industry professionals in Frankfurt am Main between 3-7 February <strong>2023</strong>. Details of the news<br />

The Peninsula <strong>Hotel</strong>s introduced its highly anticipated hotel in Istanbul with an elegant invitation.<br />
Azerbaijan-based Pasha Group has become a 50 percent partner in Mandarin Oriental Bodrum.<br />
While counting the days for new openings, Radisson Group has announced its plans to expand<br />
the brand with 45 new deals in select European countries, particularly the UK and Ireland, over<br />
the next five years. Polat Palandoken, which has been in service since 2000, has been completely<br />
renewed with the signature of Autoban. Artaş Group announced the opening of Mövenpick Living<br />
Çamlıvadi, which is located within the Avrupa Konutları Çamlıvadi project.<br />
