The Short scrub mosaics of tree spurge grow on small plateaus in the most Eastern areas, the mostWestern part and on cliff-terraces along the middle of Vela Palagruža Island. The Tall scrubcontaining dominant tree spruge is found on milder Northern slopes under major rocky outcrops(which stretch in an East-west direction). At 10 m above sea level on the Northern mild slope beginthe habitat type - Ruderal community of tree mallow (Lavateretum arboreae Br.-Bl. et Molinier 1935).This habitat type is found to reach the top of the major ridge. On the Southernc cliff of Vela Palagružagrow the Dalmatian chasmophyte communities.Picture 41.
