• ESF Department made an on the spot visit to the council on 27 November<br />

December <strong>2014</strong><br />

• Submitted third quarterly claim and progress report to DWP outlining our activities<br />

and outcomes in the <strong>project</strong><br />

January <strong>2015</strong><br />

• In response to an identified significant customer need, we signed a six month<br />

contract with Restore, a locally mental health support organisation, to provide<br />

specialist employment counselling service to participants<br />

February <strong>2015</strong><br />

• Pre-job fair workshops were held at the Town Hall on 18 and 25 February to help<br />

participants prepare for the event<br />

March <strong>2015</strong><br />

• Second job fair held at the Town Hall on 4 March. This was expanded to the Main<br />

Hall, with 50+ employers and support organisations and over 700 people in<br />

attendance<br />

• WEA started a series <strong>of</strong> bite size employment courses for participants on 16 March<br />

• Universal Credit: Supporting Residents Locally event held for partners and other<br />

council staff on 20 March<br />

• @Ox<strong>Welfare</strong><strong>Reform</strong> Twitter account gets 14.2K impressions, 1K pr<strong>of</strong>ile visits, and<br />

reaches 300 followers<br />

April <strong>2015</strong><br />

• Submitted fourth quarterly claim and progress report to DWP outlining our activities<br />

and outcomes in the <strong>project</strong><br />

• Universal Credit in Oxford for new single claimants only started on 20 April<br />

• Met with Restore management for progress report and review on 24 April<br />

May <strong>2015</strong><br />

• Meet and greet/joint training event held with Restore coaching team on 13 May<br />

June <strong>2015</strong><br />

• The Barton job fair advert was launched on OCC’s YouTube channel, getting 4K views<br />

on Facebook in just 24 hours<br />

• The council and Restore held a Building A Resilient Workforce event in the Town Hall<br />

on 30 June<br />
