ITV regional news sent film crews to both Town Hall events and broadcast reports on<br />
their evening round up and published on itv.com.<br />
In addition to an innovative digital strategy, the communications plan included more<br />
traditional graphic print elements – an introductory flyer, an explanatory leaflet, and<br />
posters that were distributed during the <strong>project</strong> to neighbourhood advice centres,<br />
libraries, and to partners across the city.<br />
At the launch <strong>of</strong> the <strong>project</strong> our communications<br />
activity focused on the aims described in the plan<br />
and went on to deliver a consistent description <strong>of</strong><br />
our <strong>of</strong>fer to customers and enabled us to make a<br />
clear call out to participants and delivery partners<br />
that was versatile and accessible to a diverse<br />
audience.<br />
