Yes, all those referred had issues that benefited from the help & advice I<br />

provide.<br />

Yes, and we are grateful <strong>of</strong> having a service that complements ours and<br />

is able to <strong>of</strong>fer such a comprehensive service to clients.<br />

Not all, but this is very difficult to do, as it depends on a trusted<br />

relationship with an individual, so that the potential client can feel safe<br />

in discussing their barriers, and also for agencies to be able to share<br />

information. We would be surprised for WRT to be able to develop this<br />

trusted relationship so quickly with complex clients.<br />

Each referral requires different parts <strong>of</strong> our service, but referrals have<br />
