6.2 Containerstellplätze
Südlich von Halle 11 ist ein Containerabstellplatz für
Aussteller ausgewiesen. Den Bedarf an Containerstellplätzen
kann der Aussteller formlos bei der DMAG
anmelden.

€ 280,– bis 12 m2 Fläche
€ 385,– über 12 m2 FAX

Die Kosten für Transport und Handling werden von
der mit der Übernahme der Container beauftragten
Spedition gesondert in Rechnung gestellt.
6.3 Interimskarten
Personen, die zur Erledigung eines Auftrages das
Ausstellungsgelände während der Ausstellung betreten
müssen, ohne eine gültige Eintrittskarte zu
besitzen, können gegen Hinterlegung des jeweils gültigen
Eintrittspreises eine Karte für kurzfristiges Betreten
des Geländes (Interimskarte) erhalten.
Das hinterlegte Eintrittsgeld wird nur zurückerstattet,
wenn der Inhaber der Interimskarte innerhalb von 60
Min. nach Einlass das Ausstellungsgelände wieder
verlässt.
Interimskarten werden auch für Begleiter von Versorgungsfahrzeugen
an den Einlasstoren für Versorgungsfahrzeuge
ausgegeben.
6.4 Sanitätsdienst
Während der Auf- und Abbauzeit, der Pressetage
sowie während der Ausstellung ist eine Sanitätswache
eingerichtet:

6.5 Zollabfertigung
Für ausländische Aussteller, deutsche Im- und Exporteure
sowie Vertriebsorganisationen gelten die einschlägigen
Zollbestimmungen.
Auskünfte hierzu erteilen alle Zollämter sowie die
Industrie- und Handelskammern.
Auf dem Messegelände befindet sich eine Zollstelle

6.2 Container parking space
There is a designated container parking space for
exhibitors on the south of hall 11. Exhibitors may
request the number of container parking spaces
required from DMAG; no specific form is required.

The costs for transport and handling will be billed
separately by the forwarder in charge of taking over
the containers.
6.3 Interim passes
Individuals not in possession of a valid pass, but who
need to enter the fairgrounds to complete an order,
may receive a pass for a short-term visit (interim pass)
upon deposit of the applicable entry fee.
The deposit will be refunded if the owner of the interim
pass leaves the fairgrounds within 60 min.
Interim passes will also be issued at the entrance
gates to individuals accompanying logistic support
vehicles.
6.4 First aid service
During the construction and dismantling periods as
well as during the press days and the exhibition, first
aid services will be established.

6.5 Customs clearance
The actual customs regulations apply to foreign exhibitors,
German importers and exporters as well as to
sales organizations.
Information can be obtained from all customs offices
as well as from the chambers of commerce.
