Einreichungspflichtige Unterlagen
Bei eingeschossigen Bauten 2-fach einzureichen:
– Vermaßte Entwurfspläne Grundrisse, Schnitt und
Ansichten min. M1:100
– Formular 2.50 „Standbaugenehmigung“ aus der
Service-Mappe
– Baumaterialien
– Maße und Ausführung der vorgesehenen Schriften
und Zeichen (z. B. Neonbeleuchtung)
– Besondere Vorführungen
– Angaben über Fundamente, Ankerbohrungen und
Eingriffe in die Hallen- bzw. Geländesubstanz
Die Unterlagen müssen Standnummer, Firmenname,
Stempel und Unterschrift des Ausstellers aufweisen,
um prüffähig zu sein. Ein Exemplar der
geprüften Pläne verbleibt beim Veranstalter, das
zweite Exemplar geht mit Gestaltungsprüfvermerk
an den Aussteller zurück.
Bei zweigeschossigen Bauten, Sonderkonstruktionen,
Bauten im Freigelände und baurechtlich genehmigungspflichtigen
Bauten müssen die Unterlagen
vierfach (Ausnahme Statische Berechnung
2-fach) beim Veranstalter eingereicht werden.
– Vermaßte Entwurfspläne Grundriss, Schnitt und
Ansichten min. M1:100
– Formular 2.50 „Standbaugenehmigung“ aus der
Service-Mappe
– Baubeschreibung incl. Angabe zu Baumaterialien
– Maße und Ausführung der vorgesehenen Schriften
und Zeichen
– Besondere Vorführungen
– Angaben über Fundamente, Ankerbohrungen und
Eingriffe in die Hallen- bzw. Geländesubstanz
– Sowie 2 Exemplare der von einem zweiten,
unabhängigen Statiker geprüfter statischen Berechnung
nach deutschen Normen und in deutscher
Sprache mit Positionsplan sowie Konstruktionsdetails
in größerem Maßstab.
Die Unterlagen müssen Standnummer, Firmenname
Stempel und Unterschrift des Ausstellers aufweisen,
um prüffähig zu sein. Ein Exemplar der geprüften
Pläne verbleibt beim Veranstalter, ein Exemplar geht
mit Gestaltungsprüfvermerk zurück an den Aussteller,
zwei Exemplare sowie die Statik leitet der Veranstalter
zur technischen und baurechtlichen Prüfung
an die DMAG weiter. Die DMAG prüft kostenpflichtig
die weitergeleiteten Pläne und sendet einen
Plansatz mit Prüfvermerk an den Aussteller zurück.

Obligatory documentation to be submitted
For single-storey constructions submit 2 copies
of:
– Dimensioned design drawings for floor plan, section
and elevations, min. scale 1:100
– Form 2.50 “Standbaugenehmigung“ (Application
for Building Permission) from the service folder.
– Construction materials
– Dimensions and execution of the envisaged typefaces
and logos (e.g. neon lighting)
– Special presentations
– Specifications on the foundations, anchor drilling
and intervention in the exhibition hall and site substance
The documentation cannot be examined unless it
includes the stand number, company name, stamp
and exhibitor’s signature. The organiser will retain
one copy of the approved plans. The second copy
bearing the design certification will be returned to
the exhibitor.
For two-storey buildings, special constructions,
outdoor constructions and buildings requiring a permit,
4 copies of the documentation must be submitted
to the organiser (exception: structural
calculation, two copies).
– Dimensioned design drawings for ground plan,
section and elevations, min. scale 1:100
– Form 2.50 ”Standbaugenehmigung“ (Application
for Building Permission) from the service folder.
– Building description incl. information on the construction
materials
– Dimensions and execution of the envisaged typefaces
and logos
– Special presentations
– Specifications on the foundations, anchor drilling
and intervention in the exhibition hall and site substance
– Plus 2 copies of the structural calculation approved
by a second, independent structural engineer
in accordance with the German standards and in
the German language, together with a layout drawing
with the construction details on a larger scale.
The documentation cannot be examined unless it
includes the stand number, company name, stamp
and exhibitor’s signature. The organiser will retain
one copy of the approved plans. One copy bearing
the design certification will be returned to the exhibitor,
two copies together with the structural analysis
will be forwarded by the organiser to DMAG for
technical examination and official approval. DMAG
will examine the forwarded plans with costs and
return a set of the plans bearing the building certification
to the exhibitor.
