4.2.2.3 Standbauten, Pavillons
Sie sollen möglichst im hinteren Bereich der Ausstellungsfläche
platziert werden.
Abstand zur Straßenfront mind. 2,00 m.
Bei mehrgeschossigen Bauten beträgt die Bauhöhe
max. 4,00 m je Geschoss.
Überdachte Standbauten zum Aufenthalt von Personen,
mit einem Rauminhalt über 15,0 m3 sowie
Werbeaufbauten mit einer Ansichtsfläche über
0,5 m2 sind nach Niedersächsischer Bauordnung
(NBauO) genehmigungs- und abnahmepflichtig.
4.2.2.4 Werbemaßnahmen
Werbliche Aktionen sind nur auf der eigenen Standfläche
zulässig.
Optische, akustische und andere Werbemaßnahmen
dürfen nicht zu Behinderungen auf Straßen und
Nachbarständen führen.
Laseranlagen müssen dem Gewerbeaufsichtsamt
angezeigt werden.
4.2.2.5 Standbeschriftungen und
Firmenzeichen
Freistehende Firmenschilder sind bis zu 5,00 m
Höhe, Firmenzeichen bis 8,00 m Höhe zulässig.
Grenzabstand mindestens 2,00 m.
Bewegliche Firmenzeichen sind ab 30,00 m Höhe
gestattet. Max. Geschwindigkeit zwei bis drei Umdrehungen
pro Minute.
Bitte Abschnitt 4.3.4 beachten.
Fesselballone sind nicht zulässig!
4.2.2.6 Fahnen
Die Fahnenstangen sollen die Höhe von 10,00 m
nicht überschreiten.
Vor Einbau Leitungspläne der DMAG einsehen.
4.3 Standbaugenehmigung:
Einreichungspflicht für alle Standentwürfe beim Veranstalter
zur Prüfung und Genehmigung.
Die Genehmigung der Standentwürfe ist Grundlage
der Standnutzung durch den Aussteller.
Termine
Spätester Einreichungstermin der Unterlagen zur
Genehmigung für alle Planungen ist der 20. Juni
2002.

4.2.2.3 Stand construction and pavilions
As far as possible, these should be situated to the
rear of the exhibition area.
Minimum distance from the edge of the road: 2 m.
The maximum building heigth for multi-storey buildings
is 4.00 per storey.
Roofed stand structures exceeding a volume of
15 m3 which are intended to accommodate people,
must be inspected and approved in accordance with
the Lower Saxony Building Code (NBauO). The
same applies to advertising fixtures having a visible
surface exceeding 0.5 m2 .
4.2.2.4 Advertisements
Advertising is permitted only at the exhibitor’s own
stand.
Optical, acoustic, and other forms of advertising
must not cause obstruction on roadways or to neighbouring
stands.
Any use of laser equipment must be reported to the
Trade Inspection Office (Gewerbeaufsichtsamt).
4.2.2.5 Stand lettering and company signs
Free-standing company signs are permitted up to a
height of 5 m. Company signs may be up to 8 m
high.
Minimum distance from stand boundary: 2 m.
Moving signs are permitted above the height of
30 m. These may revolve at a maximum speed of
2–3 rpm.
Please note par. 4.3.4.
Captive balloons are not allowed.
4.2.2.6 Flags
The height of flagpoles must not exceed 10 m.
Before erecting flagpoles, refer to map of supply network
from DMAG.
4.3 Approval of stand constructions:
All construction designs for stands must be submitted
to the organiser for examination and approval.
The exhibitor’s approval of the stand is subject to the
use of the stand design.
Dates
The documents for the entire planning must be submitted
for approval by 20th June, 2002 at the latest
