B. Technische Richtlinien
1. Vorbemerkungen
Der Verband der Automobilindustrie (VDA) hat
zusammen mit der Deutschen Messe AG diese
Richtlinien erstellt, um allen Ausstellern optimale
Gelegenheit zu geben, ihre Exponate darzustellen
und ihre Besucher und Interessenten anzusprechen.
Weitere Forderungen zur Sicherheit und zum Standbau,
die sich darüber hinaus durch den Veranstalter
ergeben sollten, bleiben vorbehalten.
Die Inbetriebnahme eines Ausstellungsstandes
kann im Interesse aller Veranstaltungsteilnehmer
untersagt werden, wenn vorgefundene Mängel bis
zum Beginn der Veranstaltung nicht beseitigt worden
sind.
Die dem Serviceangebot beigefügten Bestellformulare
für Dienstleistungen sind bei Bedarf auszufüllen
und termingerecht zurückzusenden, da bei verspäteter
Einsendung keine Gewähr für eine ordnungsund
fristgerechte Erledigung übernommen werden
kann. Außerdem wird für verspätet eingereichte Aufträge
bzw. Ausführungszeichnungen teilweise ein
Zuschlag auf die Entgelte erhoben.
1.1 Hausordnung
Die Hausordnung befindet sich im Anhang.
2. Verkehr im Messegelände,
Rettungswege, Sicherheitseinrichtungen
2.1 Verkehrsordnung
Um einen reibungslosen Verkehrsablauf während
der Auf- und Abbauzeit und der Veranstaltungsdauer
gewährleisten zu können, sind verkehrsordnende
und verkehrslenkende Regeln im Messegelände
unbedingt zu beachten.
Widerrechtlich abgestellte Fahrzeuge, Auflieger,
Container und Hindernisse jeder Art können auf
Kosten und Gefahr des Besitzers entfernt werden.
2.2 Rettungswege
Die Anfahrtswege zu den Hallen und die Bewegungsflächen
für die Feuerwehr müssen ständig
freigehalten werden.
Fahrzeuge und Gegenstände, die auf den Rettungswegen
und den Sicherheitsflächen abgestellt
sind, können kostenpflichtig entfernt werden.
Die Rettungswege sind jederzeit freizuhalten. Die
Türen im Zuge von Rettungswegen müssen von
innen leicht und in voller Breite geöffnet werden können.
Die Ausgangstüren und Notausgänge und
deren Hinweiszeichen dürfen nicht verbaut oder
unkenntlich gemacht werden. Die Gänge in den Hallen
dürfen nicht durch abgestellte oder in den Gang
hineinragende Gegenstände eingeengt werden. Sie
dienen im Notfall als Rettungswege.
B. Technical Regulations
1. About these regulations
The German Association of the Automotive Industry
(VDA) and the Deutsche Messe AG have prepared
these regulations, so as to provide all exhibitors with
the best possible means of presenting their products
and services and communicating with the public.
The organizer reserves the right to impose additional
requirements concerning safety and stand construction
should it deem such additional requirements
necessary. An exhibition stand may be prohibited
from being used at the event in the interests of
all participants should it become obvious that any
known deficiencies in the stand have not been
obviated by the beginning of the event.
The order forms for services in the Services file must
be filled out and returned by the return by date indicated
on the form. If forms are submitted late, it cannot
beguaranted that services will be carried out properly
and on time. Orders or construction drawings
submitted after the deadline might be subject to a
surcharge over and above the normal charge.

grounds are enclosed in the appendix.
2. Traffic regulations, rescue
routes and safety installations
2.1 Traffic regulations
To ensure that traffic slows smoothly during the construction
and dismantling periods as well as during
the event itself it is essential that the traffic regulations
as well as traffic signs etc. on the exhibition
grounds are observed.
Any vehicle, trailer, container or obstacle of any kind
that is parked illegally can be removed at the expense
and risk of the owner.
2.2 Rescue routes
The approach routes to the halls and the access
ways for the fire services must be kept clear at all
times. Vehicles or any other objects that are parked
or left on rescue routes or areas reserved for safety
services can be removed at the expense of the
owner.
Rescue routes must be kept clear at all times. It must
be possible to open easily to their full width from the
inside any doors along the rescue routes. The exit
doors and emergency exits as well as the exit signs
must not be covered or obscured. Objects must not
be deposited or allowed to protrude into the aisles.
In cases of emergency the aisles serve as rescue
routes.
